Polk Audio RM6750 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System (Set of Six, Black)

Polk Audio RM6750 Black Six-piece 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System - Introducing a complete home-theater audio solution for people who crave true cinema excitement without breaking the bank.?the RM6750. The integrated Power Port Bass Vent designed right onto the back of the compact Satellite & Center Channel speakers-the same technology used in full-sized Polk Audio speakers-improves lower midrange response and all-important sub/sat blending, taking the RM6750 beyond the performance realm of any other sub/sat system in this price range. This integrated design reveals midrange with no ?hole? in the frequencies between the sats and the sub, for male vocals that are rich and full-not thin and weak like other sub/sat systems. The RM6750 comes with its own subwoofer module, an 8 inch long throw driver and high current power amplifier for real ground-shaking bass thrills. The Subwoofer features an 8-inch Long-Throw Dynamic Balance Poly Composite Driver with built-in Subwoofer amp (50 Watts Continuous Power) Dimensions - Fronts/Surrounds - 6-1/2 H x 4-1/16 W x 5 D, 2 lbs / Center - 4-5/16 H x 11-3/16 W x 5-13/16 D, 5.25 lbs / Subwoofer - 15-7/8 H x 11 W x 13-1/2 D, 28 lbs
Customer Review: Sounds Great
I'm no audiophile, but the price/performance of these speakers is great. Easy setup from the box. They appear to capture all of the highs and lows. Watching movies is much more enjoyable. Will not blow your socks off, but for the novice this is more than adequate and a great price piont.
Customer Review: These are a steal!
I have a dedicated home theater/videogame room with a High Def Video Projector. My last old piece of hardware was my Yamaha HTR-5730 Reciever and speakers. Heard these Polks at a friend's house in a open area bad for sound and they amazed me. Did some research and pulled the trigger on these at slightly over two hundred dollars. THEY ARE A STEAL! My fiancee who was sceptical as to why we needed new speakers was blown away and still comments from time to time how good they sound. If you hook them up as Polk recommends (not using the dedicated sub cable) you will be amazed. Excellent highs and mid and thunderous bass that seems to emit from the satellites but not the sub (unless it is one of those discreet "rumble" frequencies). She never wants to go to the Theater now! The surround during videogames makes me jump alot more now since these speakers have such good detail. Try playing Silent Hill Homecoming or Fallout 3 with these babies and get back to me! Highly recommended.

Customer Review: Great entry level camera
This is the 2nd Canon I've owned, the previous one was a PowerShot A300. I loved the A300 so much, and the A470 only added to my satisfaction with Canon. It has plenty of setting to tweak under the Manual Shooting mode that let me get great shots even at night or indoors with low light. Pictures are vibrant and clear with the automatic settings in normal daylight and cloudy weather. I like this camera even more than the A300 because of the optical zoom and higher MP(3.2 vs 7.1) and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an entry level point and shoot camera. If I had to complain about something, it's that this model is a little bulky compared to all the new compact models out there, not a problem for me, but it's not a pocket-friendly camera, my girlfriend can't fit it in her small purse (between the Garmin, iPod touch, BlackBerry, and her glasses there is no room in there). I'm dropping one star because of the size and the fact that the lens sticks out and can get stuck on its way in /out of my pockets. My solution is to get a camera pouch or just use the wrist strap and carry it in your hand.
Customer Review: Good Purchase
This was our first digital camera and it was a birthday gift for my spouse. We have only had it a short time but have been very happy with this purchase. We live in Las Vegas and visited the strip to take some pictures including a volcano and a water show. All the pictures came out very fine. I give this camera a high rating.
